Mahindra Bolero Neo scheduled to launch this 15th July

Spy and teaser pictures reveal some of the new Bolero Neo’s design details. The Bolero Neo receives a revamped front end with a new front bumper, a revised grille, and redesigned headlamp, in comparison to the former TUV300. Images of the undisguised car that circles the web show that nothing else appears on the outside.

However, the teasers suggest that a part of the upgrades like, for example, a revised cluster of tools will be provided in the cabin. Revised upholstery and some device revisions over the TUV300 could also be expected.

The Bolero Neo is also expected to be less than 4 meters (65 inches) long, as is the case with the TUV300 Plus.

The Bolero Neo is expected to be fitted in the same engine as the TUV300 – a 1.5-Liter 100hp diesel. While engine details have not been confirmed yet. The unit is paired as standard with a 5-speed manual transmission, although the AMT unit from the TUV300 can be seen to carry over as well.

The new XUV700, which is expected to arrive in the coming months, probably is Mahindra’s biggest launch for the year. Including a whole new Scorpion, a longer, 5-door Thar, and the XUV Aero-based XUV900 SUV-Coupe for a few more years. The carmaker will also be presenting numerous new products to be launched for the coming five years. The Mahindra XUV300 is expected to come in electric also.

The price of Mahindra Bolero Neo in India could range from Rs 9 to Rs 12 lakh (ex-showroom). That sets this new Bolero in competition with Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Toyota Urban Cruiser, Hyundai Venue, Kiya Sonet, and Tata Nexon.
