The 2021 Bentley Flying Spur continues its celebration of becoming an absolute luxury kit. It continues to run from 2020 without any significant changes. Bentley launched an all-new Flying Spur generation in 2020 that underpins a new platform.

In 2020, Bentley Flying Spur used only the all-new W12 engine that makes it quite a performer. It does a sprint of 0-60 mph only in 3.7 seconds. That’s the supercar level efficiency of the uber-luxury wheeled mothership. The 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged W-12 engine capable of producing 626 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated with eight-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel-drive powertrain which makes it an energetic luxury sedan. Continental GT uses the same powerhouse which demonstrates a lot of the athletic nature of this luxury sedan. With this mammoth of power, Flying Spur can attain a top speed of 207mph (333.13kmph) which is insane. As a result, The 2021 Bentley Flying Spur is the fastest sedan in the world.

Bentley also offers to buy this sedan now with a 4.0 L twin-turbo V8 engine. It has a top speed of 197mph which is only 10mph less than the fastest sedan. The V8 variant of Flying Spur produces 542 horsepower and 770 Nm of torque.

Now the interior is the place where Bentley’s forte lies, and for the 2021 model year it has been glorified. There will not be vehicles that will equal Bentley’s level of comfort and opulence in the interior. Premium exotic fabrics such as fine finished oak, Alcantara and leather are used in the interior of the car. The centre console has a 12.3-inch touch screen that can be rotated to reveal a veneered display.

The sporty-sedan can fit a total of five passengers in a very comfortable cabin with maximum luxury. The seats are optimally padded, with massage, side bolsters, and soft Alcantara headrest cushions to ensure optimum comfort. The car gives plenty of headroom and legroom to feel relaxed on long journeys. The driver’s seat is power-adjustable by means of a power-adjustable steering column. As far as the second-row seating area is concerned, it’s the Bentley that triumphs.

No matter how fast, sporty, or modern the Flying Spur might have been, it still has its royal and majestic look with that big cap and that wide rectangular front grille. The car does not look as bold as the Rolls Royce, but in no way has it lost its appeal as the Bentley. It manages not only to draw but to make people want to look at it. Luxury has and continues to be its trademark even in terms of landscape architecture.

The car is still as wide as it was with less than an inch added to the range, but more than five inches have been added to the wheelbase, and unlike its previous generations which shared the platforms with Volkswagen Phaeton, the current Bentley Flying Spur, since its generation update in 2020, shares the platform with the more luxurious elephant in the space, Porsche Panamera.

Bentley is the smallest of the competition, but still the largest and biggest, and even though its weight has been lowered since last year, it is a heavy car.

Flying Spur holds the tag of the fastest sedan by maintaining its top speed 2mph higher than the other sports sedans. With a top speed of 205 mph, 2020 BMW Alpina B7 and Aston Martin Rapide AMR stand at the second spot. Alpina B7 is faster than the Flying Spur in the 0-60mph sprint. Alpina B7 beats the Flying Spur by .2 seconds. But with a top speed of 207 mph, the 2021 Bentley Flying Spur is the World’s fastest sedan.
